Our search division is a unique tenant representative service that focuses on helping companies find commercial offices and negotiate the very best lease terms. With no conflict of interest, we network/liaise with ALL commercial agents ensuring that the whole market is covered and you have a full view of the property availability.
We take ownership of the complete process from initial search and selection to lease completion including Heads of Terms (HOTs), producing the Schedule of Condition and liaising with solicitors until lease completion.

Market/Area Research
Based on your space requirements and the areas of interest to you, we are able provide an overview of the current ‘stock’ available in the market and specific costs for the offices in the preferred areas. We organise and undertake preliminary viewings with you in order to narrow down the areas of interest.Specific Premises Search
Once we have narrowed down the areas of interest we undertake a detailed search, identifying all properties that are on the market. We filter out properties that clearly wouldn’t work for you and we prior-view prospective properties and shortlist the suitable premises.
